717 Texas has a 2-bay loading area to be used by trucks and vehicles making deliveries. The entrance to the loading dock is located on Prairie between Milam and Louisiana.

Hand deliveries are not accepted at the loading dock.

Use of the loading dock during normal business hours is first come first serve and is limited to 30 minutes. Other hours of use must be scheduled through the Property Management Office.
